In addition, Holland and his prankster cast members Zendaya and Jacob Batalon also put out the following video.

We love the moment in the video showing a whiteboard of proposed Spidey movie titles. Here it is screengrabbed so you can take a closer look.

So, there you have it. In 2017, we had Spidey's Homecoming. Then, in 2019, the character was Far From Home. And now, we have him facing No Way Home. Does this spell reckoning and threat for Holland's Peter Parker?

One might imagine it does, given his identity was leaked at the end of Far From Home. He's also facing multiple villains including Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) and Electro (Jamie Foxx), both of whom originated outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). This points towards the presence of a multiverse that will scramble together multiple Spider-Man franchises and timelines.

Fortunately, Peter has M.J. (Zendaya), Ned (Jacob Batalon) and a certain Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to help out. Spider-Man: No Way Home is helmed by Jon Watts who steered the previous two Tom Holland movies to blockbuster success.

Holland recently told Den of Geek: "We watched a fight scene that we had shot a few weeks ago, and I’ve never seen a fight scene quite like it in the MCU. I’m really excited for audiences to see that."

All being well, Spider-Man: No Way Home should swing into action on 17th December 2021. Excited? Let us know @Cineworld.
